Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Quantity Manager with a strong background in real estate and luxury projects. The role involves handling estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and work orders, ensuring cost control and accuracy across high-end developments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for luxury real estate projects
• Handle RA bills, final bills, and certification as per contracts
• Manage and process work orders, variations, and change orders
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for measurements and billing
• Monitor project costs and support budgeting and cost control
• Verify contractor bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms
• Maintain proper documentation for estimates, billing, and work orders
• Support procurement and contracts team with quantity and cost data

Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience in real estate and luxury residential / township projects
• Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, QS, and work order management
• Familiarity with high-end finishes and luxury construction standards
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (QS-related work); ERP knowledge is a plus
• Good coordination and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
