Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 500+ employees, including attendance
  • validation, salary inputs, deductions, and payoutsHands-on experience in payroll processing using Sensys payroll software (preferred) or similar
  • HRMS/payroll systems
  • Maintain and update employee master data, including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and
  • other changes
  • Coordinate with the Finance team and share finalized payroll registers and reports
  • Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements accurately and within timelines
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Form 16
  • Manage annual investment declarations and support tax computation processes
  • Assist new joiners with salary portal / HRMS access and payroll-related onboarding
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements and payroll regulations
  • Coordinate gratuity documentation and liaise with insurance partners as required
  • Manage medical insurance enrollments, additions, deletions, and provide employee support

Job Expectations:

  • Working knowledge of Sensys payroll software is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliances and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/attendance systems
  • High attention to detail with strong communication and coordination skill

Minimum Qualification:

Batchelor’s in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related discipline

Minimum Job Experience:

4-8 years Proven experience in handling payroll for 500+ employees
