About the Role
Della Resorts & Adventure is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head – Food & Beverage to lead and elevate its diverse F&B portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple specialty restaurants, bars, banquet operations, in-room dining, and outdoor event catering while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with renowned luxury hospitality brands and a proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-outlet F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Lead the overall F&B strategy across multiple restaurants, bars, banquet venues, and outdoor catering operations.
• Drive innovation in dining concepts, guest experiences, and revenue generation.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Position Della's F&B offerings as leading dining and event destinations.
Restaurant Operations
• Oversee the efficient operation of all restaurants, lounges, cafés, and specialty dining outlets.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and memorable guest experiences.
• Monitor quality, service, hygiene, and operational excellence across all outlets.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to enhance menus, promotions, and culinary experiences.
Banquets & Events
• Lead all banquet and conference F&B operations for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and large-scale celebrations.
• Ensure flawless execution of events while maintaining profitability and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Financial Management
• Own P&L responsibility for the entire F&B division.
• Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational costs.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, payroll, and departmental expenses.
• Maximize profitability through menu engineering, pricing strategies, and cost-control initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing F&B leadership team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, guest-centricity, and operational excellence.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning, training, and performance management.
• Develop future leaders within the organization.
Guest Experience
• Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction across all F&B touchpoints.
• Handle VIP guests and resolve service escalations with professionalism.
• Introduce innovative concepts that enhance guest engagement and repeat business.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory regulations.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards across every outlet.
• Implement and monitor SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
• 15–20+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple restaurants and banquet operations.
• Experience managing luxury resorts, five-star hotels, destination resorts, or integrated hospitality properties.
• Strong exposure to weddings, MICE, large-format banquets, and premium dining concepts.
Preferred Hospitality Background
Candidates from globally recognized luxury hospitality brands will be highly preferred.
