Role Overview
The PMC Head will lead end-to-end project management and consultancy functions for large-scale township and luxury residential developments. The role requires strategic planning, execution leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence across multiple projects while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead multiple township and luxury residential and hospitality projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
PMC & Project Management Oversight
Manage and coordinate all PMC activities, ensuring effective integration of design, procurement, construction, and project controls.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, resource deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies across projects.
Stakeholder & Consultant Management
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Cost, Quality & Timeline Control
Implement strict cost controls, quality assurance systems, and monitoring mechanisms to achieve delivery targets without compromising standards.
Contract & Vendor Management
Oversee contractor performance, contract compliance, procurement coordination, and dispute resolution.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, consultants, and site execution teams.
Compliance & Safety Governance
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and environmental norms are followed across all projects.
Reporting & Management Updates
Provide periodic project performance reports, risk updates, and progress presentations to senior management.
Candidate Profile
•Proven experience managing multiple township or luxury residential projects.
•Strong background in PMC or large real estate project management.
•Ability to handle large, multi-location or phased developments.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills.
•Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution controls.
•Strong stakeholder and contractor management capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
•15–20+ years of experience in real estate/township project execution.
•Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
•PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
