Job Description:

Role Overview
Della Resorts & Adventure Park is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Brand Collaboration Manager from the alcoholic beverage industry to drive strategic brand partnerships for large-scale events, festivals, concerts, nightlife experiences, corporate gatherings, and luxury experiences hosted at the property.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with leading alco-beverage brands (IMFL, premium spirits, beer, wine, craft labels), experience in brand activations, and the ability to negotiate high-value sponsorships and experiential collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Acquisition
• Identify, approach, and onboard leading alcoholic beverage brands for event sponsorships and collaborations
• Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with Della’s event calendar
• Secure brand tie-ups for concerts, nightlife events, pool parties, luxury weddings, corporate events, and adventure festivals
• Negotiate commercial terms, pouring rights, exclusivity clauses, and visibility deliverables
2. Event-Based Brand Integration
• Conceptualize premium brand activation ideas for on-ground engagement
• Coordinate with event production teams to integrate brand elements seamlessly
• Ensure brand visibility through bars, signage, co-branded collateral, digital campaigns, and experiential zones
• Manage execution of brand deliverables as per sponsorship agreement
3. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing heads, trade marketing teams, and distributors of alco-beverage companies
• Act as a single point of contact for partner brands during pre-event, event, and post-event stages
• Build long-term strategic alliances rather than one-time collaborations
4. Revenue Generation & Commercial Strategy
• Drive revenue through sponsorship fees, brand activation budgets, and volume-based commercial models
• Explore innovative revenue models including co-branded experiences and limited-edition launches
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from brand collaborations
5. Compliance & Regulatory Coordination
• Ensure all collaborations comply with state excise laws and surrogate marketing guidelines
• Coordinate with internal legal and licensing teams for event permissions
• Ensure responsible branding in line with regulatory norms
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Track ROI for partner brands
• Prepare post-event performance reports and sponsorship decks
• Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements for future events

 


Job Expectations:

Required Qualifications:
• Strong network with premium liquor brands, distributors, and marketing heads
• Experience handling large-scale events, nightlife, or hospitality collaborations

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

5–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or trade marketing within the alcoholic beverage industry
