Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the COO with 2–3 years of experience. This role combines executive support with client coordination and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, support sales activities, and ensure a seamless client experience while working closely with the leadership team.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support
• Provide administrative and operational support to the COO in daily activities.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
• Assist in coordinating key projects and tracking progress across teams.

2. Client & Customer Service Coordination
• Act as a point of contact for client communication and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of service.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Support smooth client onboarding and overall experience.

3. Sales & Business Support
• Assist in lead tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
• Support in client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

4. Coordination & Administration
• Maintain organized documentation, communication logs, and reports.
• Ensure effective coordination between departments for ongoing projects.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to support business operations.

 

 


Job Expectations:


Key Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Customer Service, or Client Coordination roles.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business Services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with client interactions and occasional travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
