About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Sales to lead and drive sales strategy for luxury real estate projects at Della Townships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium property sales, team leadership, and client relationship management within the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury township projects
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Drive high-value client acquisitions, including HNI and UHNI clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales engagement
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analytics to senior management

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury or premium projects
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with HNI/UHNI clientele
• In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market is preferred
• MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant qualification preferred
