About the Role

Della Resorts
is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-groomed Spa Receptionist to manage front desk operations for our 24×7 luxury spa facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience by handling appointments, guest inquiries, billing, coordination with therapists, and maintaining high hospitality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities
.Welcome and assist spa guests in a warm and professional manner.
.Manage spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins efficiently.
.Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and billing procedures accurately.
.Coordinate with spa therapists and operations team for smooth scheduling.
.Maintain guest records, preferences, and confidentiality standards.
.Explain spa services, wellness packages, memberships, and promotions to guests.
.Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
.Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
.Monitor inventory of reception supplies and coordinate replenishment.
.Maintain operational continuity during day, evening, night, weekends, and holiday shifts.
.Support overall guest satisfaction and uphold luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements
.Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
.1–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality front office operations.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Strong customer service orientation with a pleasing personality.
.Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts as part of a 24×7 operation.
.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking/POS systems.
.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
.Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette required.


Minimum Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred

Minimum Job Experience:

1–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality front office operations
