Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary culinary leader who can elevate this experience to the highest international standards.
This position is exclusively open to Expatriate applicants holding valid international passports. Candidates must be eligible for a relocation package and work visa sponsorship in India. Native Italian nationals or chefs with extensive residency and training within Italy's top culinary regions are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Excellence & Innovation: Re-imagine and execute a premium menu centering on traditional and modern Italian regional cuisine (Antipasti, artisanal pastas, authentic wood-fired pizzas, and heritage desserts).
• Kitchen Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the Villa Bistro kitchen, supervising, mentoring, and upskilling the culinary team to maintain rigorous 5-star fine-dining standards.
• Quality & Sourcing: Maintain uncompromising control over food quality, presentation, and ingredient consistency. Source authentic Italian ingredients and optimize local supply chains.
• Cost Control & Management: Manage food costs, inventory levels, kitchen waste, and labor budgets without ever diluting the guest experience.
• HACCP & Hygiene: Enforce highest international food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene protocols strictly.


Job Expectations:

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum Experience: 8–12 years of culinary experience in high-end luxury resorts, Michelin-starred, or standalone premium Italian fine-dining restaurants. At least 3 years in a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Senior Sous Chef role.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts from an internationally recognized institute.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery over traditional Italian techniques, including precision hand-rolled pasta creation, regional sauce emulsions, advanced dough fermentation for authentic pizza, and premium pastry work.
• Leadership Traits: Excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership capabilities to manage a diverse local kitchen team, and a high degree of cultural adaptability.


Minimum Qualification:

8–12 years of culinary experience in high-end luxury resorts, Michelin-starred, or standalone premium Italian fine-dining restaurants

Minimum Job Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts from an internationally recognized institute.
