As we continue to develop world-class luxury townships and residential communities, we are looking for an accomplished Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and technical execution of premium villa developments, plotted communities, and integrated township projects.
Role Overview
The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering Della Group's luxury residential developments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in villa architecture, plotted developments, master planning, construction detailing, and Good for Construction (GFC) documentation. This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project reflects Della's commitment to luxury, innovation, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Planning
• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, bungalows, row houses, clubhouses, and township amenities.
• Prepare comprehensive working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation for residential projects.
• Participate in township master planning, including zoning, road networks, infrastructure planning, landscape integration, and open spaces.
• Ensure designs optimize plot utilization while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Documentation
• Produce accurate construction drawings, architectural details, schedules, and specifications.
• Review architectural documentation for design integrity, constructability, and quality.

Job Expectations:

• Develop façade details, material specifications, and finish schedules aligned with Della's luxury standards.
Design Coordination
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and infrastructure consultants to achieve integrated project delivery.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and construction teams throughout project execution.
• Resolve design and technical issues arising during construction through regular site coordination.
Site Execution Support
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor design implementation.
• Review construction quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams during execution.
Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, National Building Code (NBC), Development Control Regulations (DCR), local authority requirements, environmental guidelines, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with approval authorities and consultants during the approval process.
Quality & Innovation
• Maintain the highest standards of architectural detailing and documentation.
• Research emerging architectural trends, sustainable building materials, and innovative construction methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and project delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in luxury residential architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in villa developments, gated communities, plotted layouts, and integrated townships.
• Strong experience in preparing detailed working drawings and GFC documentation.
• Experience working on high-end hospitality or luxury residential developments will be an added advantage.
