Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with strong exposure to China and international markets to manage end-to-end procurement for Della Luxury Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with global suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage international procurement, especially from China and global markets, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
•Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable international vendors and suppliers
•Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas vendors
•Coordinate with suppliers for production timelines, dispatch, and logistics
•Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation, and customs processes
•Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to understand procurement requirements
•Monitor market trends, pricing, and new sourcing opportunities globally
•Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent supply chain performance
•Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Key Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
•5–10 years of experience in international procurement, preferably in luxury products, furniture, décor, or related industries
•Strong experience in China sourcing and global vendor management
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•Knowledge of import/export procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
