Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Della Adventure Fudge & Chikki online store is committed to deliver your order within given time frame mentioned. Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs post the receipt of the order from Lonavala and delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order by our courier partners. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).
- Please note that while we endeavor to provide you the product in a specific time frame, we are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen circumstances in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Cancellation, Return and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of the products available at Della Fudge and Chikki store, order once placed on the website cannot be cancelled in any circumstances.
- If you think you have received the food items in an unsatisfactory condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please notify the customer service team on immediate basis via email/phone. Our Team will ask you for all the details necessary and will take appropriate action for the same. If the product is found to be spoilt or damaged, a full refund will be made within 21 days.
- Della Adventure and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide a refund or replacement of the product at its own discretion, and any decision made by the management will be final and bidding.
